Please contact us for a quote on delivery.

Product lead-times are typically 3-4 weeks prior to delivery to allow the concrete enough time to cure properly. Delivery timeframes are dependant on the carrier.

Typical carrier delivery times for North Island deliveries are 3-5 working days, and South Island deliveries are 3-7 working days (Subject to road conditions, driver hours and ferry sailings.) These times are dependant on the carrier.

Orders will not be dispatched on public holidays.

Delivery charges are with the expectation that there is reasonable access.

RETURNS

Our recommended carriers have standard limited risk carriers Insurance. At delivery they require a signed proof of delivery. Any damage must be identified at delivery and advised to Solid Art Limited directly. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage at time of delivery.
