HOW LONG WILL THE CONCRETE REMAIN LOOKING GREAT?

When treated well, our concrete will remain looking great for a very long time. Please refer to our Product Care Concrete Instructions.

ARE HAIRLINE FRACTURES AN INDICATION THAT THE CONCRETE IS WEAK?

No. Small hairline fractures in the surface of the concrete are not a sign the concrete is structurally weak. Hairline fractures are very common in all concrete and should not be a cause for concern. We aim to minimise hairline fractures, by loading our concrete with a generous amount of fibres and by adhering to best practice curing procedures.

WHAT ARE YOUR LEAD TIMES?

Product lead times are typically 3-4weeks prior to delivery unless we have the item(s) in stock. Delivery timeframes are dependent on the carrier. Refer to our Shipping page for more information.

We can provide delivery quotes for all sizes except our Large Shell Planter. The Large Shell Planter is pick up only or you can organise your own delivery. Contact Us for a quote on delivery.
