DO WE USE OXIDES IN OUR CONCRETE?

Call us old fashioned but at Solid Art we like our concrete to look like concrete. For this reason we try to minimise our use of oxides.

DO WE CUSTOMISE OUR SINKS AND BENCHES TO DIFFERENT SPECIFICATIONS THAN THAT OF OUR STANDARD RANGE?

Our product range is limited mostly to colour options, however we are happy to discuss customised options for our sink tops. If you would like a sink with more bench space or a sink that is off-set, then please contact us to discuss your specific requirements and we can see if we can make it happen.

HOW LONG WILL THE CONCRETE REMAIN LOOKING GOOD?

If treated well our concrete will remain looking great for a very long time. Please refer to our Product Care Concrete Instructions.

ARE HAIRLINE FRACTURES AN INDICATION THAT THE CONCRETE IS WEAK?

No. Small cracks or hairline fractures in the surface of the concrete are not a sign your concrete is structurally weak. We aim to minimise hairline fractures, but we also embrace these imperfections, which we believe add to the character of each piece.
